Suzhou Luzhi Cultural Park Clothing Museum Will Be Completed Before The End Of August.

As the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage, women's clothing in Luzhi, Suzhou is about to own its own.

Electronic playback screen, miniature plastic sand table, virtual tailoring, costumes and collocation fun photos.

After completion, the Museum of water and clothing will interpret the cultural connotation of water village clothing through physical display and on-site interactive projects.

The museum is divided into four parts: the main exhibition area and the interactive area.

"Qing Lian Zi Zi lotus lotus" is a vivid portrayal of women's image in Suzhou's water village.

The history of this dress can be traced back to the early stage of the rice farming economy five thousand or six thousand years ago. It was developed by the women in the water village according to local conditions, complying with natural conditions and field labor demand. It was mainly distributed in the 360 square kilometers of water and land area centered on Luzhi in Wuzhong area of the city.

So far, the tradition has been maintained for thousands of years: Baotou, splicing shirts, embroidered skirts, belts, hundred embroidered shoes, belly dresses and roll arms.

In 2006, women's clothing in Luzhi, Suzhou was selected as the first batch of state-level intangible cultural heritage list in China.
