After investigation:
According to the inspection report of Beijing industry and Commerce Bureau, the products produced by Quanzhou seven wolves sporting goods Co., Ltd. were all slightly exceeded the standard of spandex ingredients, and all the other indicators were qualified, proving that they contained no toxic substances.
It is a question of difference between the old and new standards about the failure of spandex ingredients.
The products sampled by the Beijing industry and Commerce Bureau were produced by the seven wolves brand authorized company, Quanzhou seven wolf sporting goods company. The product number was 189010169, which was produced in July 2007. At that time, the company organized its production according to the FZ/T 73008-2002 product standard and the FZ/T 01053-1998 "textile fiber content label"; the knitted Technical Committee of the national textile Standardization Technical Committee revised the implementation standard of "fiber content" at the end of 2007, and the new "fiber content" standard was FZ/T01053-2007; the national textile Standardization Technical Committee knitwear Technical Committee revised the product implementation standard in 2009, and the new implementation standard was GB/T22849-2009.
Since the GB5296.4 mandatory national standard has not been revised so far, it has followed the FZ/T 01053-1998 standard. Even if it is qualified according to the current standards, it has not changed the product labels previously produced.
Spandex fiber material is a good fiber material. According to the requirements of FZ/T 01053-1998, the product of the company is up to standard without assessing the upper limit of spandex fiber content (> 3.7%).
After consulting the relevant standardization bodies: the FZ/T 01053-1998 standard is not obsolete and can still be used, only to encourage enterprises to explore the possibility of using the latest standards.
According to the specific circumstances of the company's products, the product did not implement the new FZ/T01053-007 standard.
To sum up, the product being tested was produced by the company in July 2007 and strictly implemented according to the relevant execution standards. It is a qualified product conforming to the relevant standards.
Spandex fiber material is a good fiber material. There are no toxic and harmful substances. It has no harmful effect on human body.
So far, this product has been completely stopped in the market sales, and now there is no such product in the market.
In view of this, the China Clothing Association urges all relevant newspapers and websites to clarify the facts of the incident from the perspective of fair reporting, clarification of facts and safeguarding the public image of national brands.
The China clothing association and Quanzhou seven wolf Sports Products Co., Ltd. will also reserve legal rights for individual newspapers and websites that disregard and distort the reports.
At the same time, the China Apparel Association welcomes consumers and the media to continue to exercise the right of social supervision to jointly support the development of the national brand of Chinese clothing and safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.
