    When sending leaflets, they did not consider their customers' habits, but they were distributed to some middle and low consumption groups in the streets and lanes.

    Many people came to this store, but when people came over here, they moved to the next side to sell clothes.

    Because the goods sold by my shop have little influence on that group, so it is better to go to other professional underwear shops, choose more room, and the price is unacceptable.


    It has been more than half a year since I opened the shop, and I can hardly keep up.

    Here is a wake up to those new stores. Underwear stores are small, but management is not at all simple.

    From choosing stores to matching goods, from store decoration to merchandise display, from shopping guide training to customer management, from promotion to inventory management, any weak link can make your store at a disadvantage or even gradually be eliminated by the market.
