In the second stage, we will further improve other environmental related taxes and tax policies in 2~4 years.

The third stage, 3~4 years, will continue to expand the scope of environmental tax collection.
Combined with the reform of the environment tax system, we should make overall optimization so as to build up a mature and perfect environmental tax system.
