The word "low carbon" has become the focus of attention of the whole society. Low carbon "Economy" has also been increasingly valued by enterprises in the development process of home textile enterprises. China's home textile industry has invested billions of billions of dollars in low carbon investment.
Low carbon "has become the focus of attention of the whole society." low carbon economy "has begun to be valued by enterprises in the development process of home textile enterprises.
Whether it is the development needs of enterprises, or for the benefit of future generations, "low carbon economy" has become an important topic that enterprises can not avoid.
Faced with this issue, China's home textile enterprises are fumbling along.
At the end of 2009, politicians from all over the world gathered in Copenhagen to find answers to how to repair the scarred earth.
At the meeting, China declared to the world as a responsible big country that "by 2020, China's carbon emissions will be reduced by 40%~50% compared to 2005".
This commitment made the arrangement of the China Textile Industry Association and the China home textile industry association a focus on the research of Anhui textile industrial cluster. During the research process, the leaders of the home textile association discovered and studied textile.
Industrial Cluster
What the enterprises are most concerned about is not the hot recruitment problem nowadays, but how to undertake the pformation mode of development in the central region, and take advantage of the new opportunities of the textile industry pfer to graft the advanced technology and industrial resources in the central and western regions.
And this new round of industrial pfer is accompanied by the advent of the era of "low carbon economy".
"At present, some visionary entrepreneurs in coastal developed areas have begun to adjust their product structure in the process of pfer."
Vice president of China Textile Industry Association and honorary president of China Textile Association
Yang Donghui
It is believed that the pformation of industrial pfer and development mode will promote the R & D of low carbon, energy saving and environmental protection products.
And in the important period of vigorously promoting the development of low carbon economy, the trend of home textile product R & D and industrial development has become an important issue facing the industry.
According to incomplete statistics, since last year, the capital invested by the private enterprises in the Pearl River Delta has invested more than ten billion yuan, and investment has surpassed traditional industries for the first time.
As one of the three major terminals of the textile industry, the home textile industry, relying on "low carbon" to create new competitiveness, has also become an inevitable choice for development.
In mid April, on the Fifth Council of the China Household Textile Industry Association, Yang Zhao Hua, President of China Household Textile Industry Association, proposed that the development of recycling, green and low carbon economy in the future development of home textiles industry is of great practical significance for promoting the pformation of growth mode, enhancing international competitiveness and coping with international trade frictions.
Yang Zhaohua's argument was endorsed by many enterprises.
Zhou Jianxin, general manager of Jiaxing Ott textile and Garment Co., Ltd., said that the United States passed the bill in June 2009, and will impose a "carbon tariff" in 2020. The EU countries are also eager to impose "carbon tariffs".
From a strategic perspective, the home textile industry takes "low carbon" as the direction and aims at building a sustainable development system. It is an inevitable trend to go out of an optimized way of development.
Low carbon requires structural adjustment and upgrading
In 2010, the policy of "structural adjustment" put forward new challenges to Chinese textile enterprises.
For a long time, the competitiveness of Chinese textile enterprises is mainly reflected in the comparative advantages of low cost (including manpower, capital, resources and environment), and low cost comparative advantage has created the myth of Chinese manufacturing.
Industry experts believe that although the cost advantage of Chinese enterprises is decreasing, under the trend of low carbon and environmental protection, the introduction of a series of policies of "structural adjustment" may raise the cost of enterprises and further weaken the comparative advantage of Chinese enterprises.
At present, it means greater pressure for Chinese home textile enterprises.
But in the long run, "low carbon economy" will stimulate the upgrading of China's labor-intensive enterprises, improve the technological content of products, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises through technological innovation.
The "adjustment structure" of home textile enterprises actually covers two aspects, one is the adjustment of enterprise management structure, and the other is the structural adjustment of home textile products. Two
The former relates to the operation of enterprises, and the latter relates to the outlet of products. The two structures should be adjusted to achieve the best operation state and complement each other, so that enterprises can achieve maximum economic benefits.
It can be seen that China's home textile economy has entered a period of historic pformation with environmental protection and optimization of economic development. The most prominent problems at present are the development mode and the economic structure. We must strengthen the mechanism of enterprises by environmental protection, and promote structural adjustment and upgrading.
To protect the environment, we must pay equal attention to economic growth. The protection of the environment must be synchronized with the economic development. The domestic textile industry must continue to develop, and it will also make adjustments and upgrading from the inside to outside in the direction of "low carbon".
