In the North American market, recovery began to increase by 7% to 5 billion 600 million euros in the first half of 2010, up from 5 billion 30 million euros in the same period in 2009.
In the same period, wholesale sales reached 3 billion 826 million euros (10% over the same period in 2009) and retail sales reached 1 billion 61 million euros (an increase of 20% over the same period in 2009).

In addition to the Chinese market, the world's second largest sporting goods company has recorded an increase in its sales volume in various parts of the world.
Western Europe recorded a 8% increase in sales volume (13% in the second quarter of 2010), thanks mainly to the two digit profit in the UK, Germany and Spain.

Sales increased by 13% (25% in the second quarter of 2010) and 10% in the North American market.
Sales in the Greater China region fell by 16%, but the overall Asian market recorded a 4% increase, with South America growing by 23%.
Adidas's net profit in the second quarter of 2010 reached 295 million euros, which was 13 million euros higher than the same period in 2009.
Adidas group therefore expects net profit growth in 2010/2011.
But some analysts think this is optimistic. This is mainly due to the drop in sales in the Chinese market and the impact of the world cup effect on European market sales.
