    In yesterday's cross examination, in addition to the original monetary compensation of 2200 yuan per square metre, the Jinjiang land reserve center also provided three kinds of framework shops for replacement of the same storefront, 650 yuan per square metre for the relocated households, three storefront stores for two kinds of framework stores, 1900 yuan for the demolition households per square metre, three types of storefront replacement housing, a replacement ratio of 1:1.6, and 3 new compensation and resettlement schemes within a certain range.

    After the completion of the cross examination, the administrative adjudication will be completed within this month. However, if the two parties can reach an agreement, the competent authorities will not have to make a ruling.
