To this end, he began to improve farmers' income through variety improvement.

In 2008, Zhou Xiujun introduced the "Yan Zun" mink project with a total investment of 150 million yuan for Song Village, and introduced 10 thousand species of mink, such as short haired black and mahaagen, from Denmark to help the surrounding farmers improve their varieties and improve the individual quality of mink.

Last year, the mink skin produced by Yan Zun mink was sold to 360 yuan each, which is 120 yuan higher than that of Wendeng's old varieties.

At present, Tian Zhi fur products Co., Ltd. has become the largest fur animal and leather product processing enterprise in Weihai and the only enterprise engaged in nitrite dyeing industry in Jiaodong peninsula. It directly drives more than 2000 farmers to engage in mink farming, and the processing of all kinds of animal fur accounts for more than half of the total amount of the city, and the annual sales income is 12 million dollars.
