Fujian province demands to foster 38 key industrial clusters and 21 growing industrial clusters and bases established by industrial adjustment and revitalization, and accelerate the formation of ten new growth regional industrial supports, including Pingtan comprehensive experimentation area, sansandu, Luo Yuanwan, Jiangyin Peninsula, North and south shore of Meizhou Bay, Xiamen Bay, Gure Peninsula, Wuyi new area, Sanming eco industrial and Trade Zone, Longyan industrial concentration zone and so on.

Among them, the Pingtan comprehensive experimentation area focuses on developing new and high technology industries, trade and processing industries (Taiwan semi-finished products deep-processing), marine industry (aquatic product processing, ship building and repair, refined agriculture and fishery) and modern service industry, and strives to make breakthroughs in the cooperation industry of Fujian, Taiwan, such as panel, electric vehicle, bicycle manufacturing and refined food processing.

To this end, Fujian has asked to push ahead with the implementation of the 950 key projects and the total investment of 580 billion yuan in the implementation plan for the adjustment and revitalization of key industries, especially the implementation of 113 key projects under construction with investment of more than 500 million yuan. 30 of the projects planned to be put into operation this year should focus on coordination and promotion.

Take the market to bring industry, and vigorously cultivate new strategic industries such as new energy, new materials, biology and new medicine, energy conservation, environmental protection, information network and marine economy, and strive to increase the output value of the six newly emerging industries by more than 25% annually during the "12th Five-Year" period, and quickly form a group of strategic emerging industrial clusters with independent core technology, a certain market scale and economic benefits.

Fujian will also promote high-level grafting with the central enterprises, and highlight 44 projects currently under construction, early stage and planned docking with central enterprises in Fujian Province, with a total investment of 182 billion 400 million yuan.

We should promote the deep docking of Fujian and Taiwan industries, and take industries such as steel, petrochemical, machinery, panel, agricultural products processing, producer services and other industries with new industries, such as new energy, electric vehicles, information networks, industrial design and high-end manufacturing as the focus of industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
