Jinyi Yuantong International Textile City Project Land Acquisition And Demolition Will Soon Be Completed
As the key planning project of Zhengzhou Textile Industrial Park, the land acquisition area of Jinyi Yuantong International Textile City project will soon be completed and ready for investment and construction.
A few days ago, Lian Weiliang, Secretary of the Zhengzhou municipal Party committee, visited the textile industrial park in Zhengzhou, and stressed that we should grasp the good time for the current project construction, do everything possible to solve the bottleneck problems of the land, ensure the land demand for major projects, create a favorable investment environment, and prepare for the landing of major projects.
It is understood that Jinyi Yuantong international is preparing for investment and construction.
Textile City
The project is jointly funded by Hongkong Jinyi group, Zhejiang Delhi group and Henan Yuantong Textile City limited. The total investment is 5 billion yuan, of which the first phase investment is 3 billion yuan, covering 360 acres, with a total construction area of 900 thousand square meters, providing 60 thousand jobs, and the annual turnover is expected to be more than 15 billion yuan.
