This year's "Paradise silk Wu Lin Xiu Xiu" fashion week's highlights, 2010 Hangzhou top ten fashion designers started to start. This year's top ten fashion designers should have a college degree or above in fashion design or a recommendation from Hangzhou silk and women's clothing enterprises, with 3 years or more working experience and engaging in garment design in Hangzhou. The participants should submit a complete review material including the brand product plan, the ten best designer entry form of Hangzhou, the effect assessment plan, the plane structure plan and the fabric sample. The work must be completed by 1 designers independently, and no cooperative works will be accepted. Each person shall submit a copy of the manuscript. In the work, silk fabrics are required. The entries for the review should be carried out at the 2010 China International Silk Fair and the China International Women's Wear Exhibition.

　　
The top ten fashion designers will be selected on October 25th at the 2010 "Paradise silk Wu Lin Yi Xiu" and the Hangzhou top ten Fashion Designer Awards evening.
