It is suggested that when accepting foreign trade orders, domestic enterprises should pay special attention to the order requirements and responsibilities of the three aspects, such as the quality of the production process, the surface style of the products, and the testing of the components, so as to avoid the phenomenon of shifting the recall responsibility.

Detection is also an important reason for the recall of children's clothing. In view of the importance of healthy growth of infants and children, the European Union and other developed countries and regions have long begun to attach importance to the safety of children's clothing. Unlike in China, in Europe, such testing standards all have regulatory functions. For example, in the European Union's EN14682 standard, "the circumference of the rope fixed on the garment or the coil is tightened, the circumference of the garment can not exceed 7.5cm.
