    Tsinghua University vice president of EMBA Alumni Association of Zhejiang is another identity of Yao Boming. It is this identity that led to the first Chinese mainland private enterprise to eat crab.

    Because of his frequent studies and activities with students from the EMBA Alumni Association of Tsinghua University, Yao Boming has established a deep friendship with many Taiwan classmates.

    In 2008, Yao Boming went to Taiwan for the first time. These students encouraged him to invest in Taiwan.


    "At the beginning, I didn't take it seriously. Later, I thought, if cross-strait economic and trade liberalization is a big market."

    Yao Boming told reporters of Zhejiang businessmen that "Ai Li Fen has been considering setting up points in the United States, Canada and the European Union. But since we are going to go so far away, why not step into the bridgehead before we first try to see the adaptation ability of the strategy of globalization?"


    In December 24, 2008, the national development and Reform Commission issued a notice on the regulations governing investment projects of mainland enterprises in Taiwan, and encouraged eligible enterprises to invest in Taiwan.

    At that time, the students in Taiwan said to Yao Boming, "this road is not wrong! The leaders of the two sides have expressed their wishes to promote Taiwan's economy many times at different times and places. In this way, the follow-up policy will surely catch up."


    Ai Li Fen began to prepare investment materials for Taiwan, Yao Boming told Zhejiang business reporter: "we are ready to prepare materials before the policy comes out. Once the policy comes out, we must declare quickly. We must go ahead and drink" head water. "

    In June 2009, Ai Li Fen finished all the declarations.

    In July 1, 2009, Ai Li Fen formally applied for investment to relevant departments across the Straits.

    In the eyes of Yao Boming, what is the substantial benefit of "first" to the company in Taiwan? It is an important step in the pformation of enterprises.


    "Taiwan's textile technology is at the forefront of the world. Quite a number of high-end clothing brands use Taiwan's surface accessories."

    Yao Boming told the Zhejiang business reporter that for a long time, Ai Li Fen focused on the downstream clothing products, which had some passivity in dealing with the crisis.

    Comparatively speaking, Taiwan has many advantages in textile upstream products, especially fabrics and multi-functional surface accessories, and has many advantages in R & D and design and brand. Taiwan has a relatively high quality of talents in this area.

    Yao Boming believes that the textile and garment industry is by no means a sunset industry.

    He said to Zhejiang businessmen that "clothes" is the first place in clothing, food, shelter and clothing. Babies often first pack textiles instead of feeding them first when they are born. Every commercial center in the world is the most popular shop.

    Maybe one day our textile and garment industry will be pferred to some other parts, but I believe that, like many developed countries, a truly high standard garment manufacturer can not only stand firm but also stand better.

    He said he had a dream of creating a modern garment manufacturing company that was in line with the world, so that the income level of employees could exceed some so-called emerging industries.

    Yao Boming expects that although this year is Eriffin's first year in Taiwan, it can purchase at least 2-3 billion dollars of high-end textile raw materials, chemical dyestuffs and other products in Taiwan.


    In fact, what Ai Li Fen does is not only the upstream business of textiles, but Yao Boming told reporters of Zhejiang Businessmen: "besides textile products, we will also operate electronic products.

    Our business is not a little bit right, but a little opposite.

    A lot of my friends and classmates are importing a lot of Taiwan products. We will help the mainland enterprises to import Taiwan products conveniently in the form of agency, help Taiwan enterprises to export their products smoothly to the mainland, and also use Taiwan's global marketing network to sell products from mainland China to all parts of the world.


    Prior to this, Ai Li Fen's clothing business is mainly for Kappa, Jack Jones, Vero Moda and other international brand OEM production, has been struggling not to open its own clothing brand.

    This time, Ai Li Fen and Fu Jen University jointly established a clothing brand.

    Yao Boming hopes to drive the brand through the designers of Fu Jen University, and cultivate students of Fu Jen University to enter the company, and even recruit Mainland companies.

    "Brand building has invested a lot of money. We cooperate with Fu Jen University to develop and operate the brand and open the market with our own brand."

    He told reporters from Zhejiang businessmen.

    Meanwhile, Yao Boming is planning another plan.

    After several trips, the beautiful scenery of Taiwan has inspired the inspiration of his many antennae.

    "There are more and more tourists going to Taiwan on the mainland. If there is a chance, we can open a tourist company in Taiwan."

    Yao Boming told reporters on Zhejiang businessmen that he would choose to enter Taiwan's tourism field at the right time as long as policy permitted.
