International Limited (Stock Code: 1361) announced its annual report on Tuesday afternoon.
As of June 30, 2010, the turnover of the company was 4 billion 330 million yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 25.7% over the same period last year. Net profit was 916 million yuan, an increase of 45% over the previous year, and the basic earnings per share were 0.445 yuan, up 5.7% over the same period last year.
The 361 degree board recommended a dividend of $0.13 per share, i.e. a total dividend payment of $274 million.
The proposal must also be approved by the shareholders' meeting of the company.
According to the annual report, as of June 30, 2010, the number of 361 degree stores has increased by 872 from 6055 in June 30, 2009, of which about 236 of the main sales outlets and counters have been set up.
