Even if the design scheme is sometimes from the receiving party, it must be checked by the other party's enterprise before entering the production line. In view of the importance of healthy growth of infants and children, the European Union and other developed countries and regions have long begun to attach importance to the safety of children's clothing. Unlike in China, in Europe, such testing standards all have regulatory functions.
