The second Western China (Yinchuan) costumes Art Festival, the third China (Ningxia) international cashmere fair, is opening soon. The two dress and costume design competition organized by the festival has already started an upsurge in the clothing and apparel design industry. Now two events have reached the final stage.

In order to tap the talents of costume design, promote the culture of Ningxia Hui costumes and excavate talent resources for cashmere enterprises, the Organizing Committee of the second China western (Yinchuan) costumes Art Festival, the third China (Ningxia) international cashmere fair, organized the 2010 Hui costume costumes design competition and the 2010 cashmere dress design competition, the first nationwide competition.

Reporters learned from the news conference of the organizing committee recently that after the preparation and publicity, the Hui costume and costume design competition has collected 316 entries (including sets).

Recently, the organizing committee invited experts from the costumes and research and Hui culture in the area to make a preliminary assessment of the entries. There are 62 pieces (sets) of daily wear, 30 pieces (sets) of festival costumes, and 30 headwear (hats and covers).

Since the preparation of the cashmere dress design competition in February this year, it has attracted the attention of the industry. More than 200 garment designers nationwide have entered the competition, and the organizing committee has also received entries from abroad.

At present, the works of 25 designers are finalists. The gold, silver and bronze medals will be announced at the third China (Ningxia) international cashmere fair.

It is reported that the third China (Ningxia) international cashmere fair organizer Lingwu City Government will invest heavily in hosting the competition. Among them, the winners of the grand Sai Jin, silver and bronze awards will receive 60 thousand yuan, 30 thousand yuan and 15 thousand yuan respectively.
