In addition, the "Xingmei Da" sewage is also used for desulphurization of boilers in thermal power plants. The sewage is alkaline water, and the COD content in sewage can be reduced by about 15% after neutralization.

Equipment improvement is another magic weapon for enterprises to save energy.

"By next June, 80% of the plant's equipment will be upgraded to air cylinders."

Qian Miaogen, general manager of Zhejiang yeco printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., told reporters that compared with the traditional dyeing and dyeing equipment, the air cylinder not only saves electricity, but also saves water 40%, and the disposable product rate is as high as 99%.

The investment cost of the airflow cylinder is high, and the operating cost is lower than that of the water cylinder.

"This is also due to energy conservation considerations, quantitative management."

The government is also promoting the upgrading of industrial clusters.

At present, the construction project of green printing and dyeing gathering base in the coastal industrial area covering 8000 mu is being launched in an all-round way.

Shaoxing county plans to 5 years, and strive to more than 80% of the county's printing and dyeing enterprises gathered in the coastal industrial area.
