The construction of the Tianjin textile fiber interface treatment technology industrialization base was officially settled in the Dagang Petrochemical Industrial Park of Tianjin Binhai New Area recently.

After the project is put into operation, it will reach the capacity of 30 thousand tons of fiber interface treatment agent per year, and form 10 series of nearly 100 kinds of products, realizing annual output value of 300 million yuan, profits and taxes 50 million yuan, and promoting the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry, forming a new fiber material industry chain closely integrated by industry, University and Research Institute.
The new project will focus on the development of ethylene, chemical fiber, chemical materials and other industries in Tianjin Binhai New Area, strengthen technological popularization and pformation of achievements, vigorously develop major textile auxiliaries, make high-grade products of high-grade products, increase the added value of major textile products, develop high-performance fibers, promote the development of industrial fibers, enhance the capability of independently developing synthetic technology for production of synthetic fibers, reduce energy consumption and make products gradually replace imports.
Tianjin city plans to build a radiation link Bohai in the next 1~3 years and serve the whole country, which will play a more influential role in the world's fiber production interface and technology innovation industry chain and industrial base.
According to the introduction, the textile fiber interface processing technology of Tianjin University of Technology is in the leading position in China. It has applied for 7 national invention patents, and its special textile auxiliaries have promoted the research and development and industrialization application of new fibers in China.
