India Seeks &Nbsp For Its Clothing Products; Russia Is The First Choice.

A textile manufacturer delegation from KNITMA will send a visit to Russia later this month, when they will visit Rupp.

S.Rathinasamy, President of KNITMA, told the media that the program is looking for more profitable markets for the clothing products manufactured by the company. They will also study the customary practices and trends of Russian textile manufacturing, and discuss procurement from Russia.

A delegation of 32 KNITMA members will arrive in Moscow, Russia, on September 21st.
In order to strengthen the new business relationship with Russian buyers and understand their needs, the KNITMA delegation will visit the thirty-fifth Federal Trade Fair held in Moscow in the third week of September.
According to industry sources, Russian Federation imported $214 million T-shirts from India in 2009, and the import volume is expected to be bigger this year.
The delegation will also visit the Ivanovo textile cluster, which is considered to be the textile capital of Russia and St. Petersburg.
