    In the first half of this year, the State Council issued the circular on promoting the steady and healthy development of the real estate market and the notice on Resolutely Curbing the excessive rise in housing prices in some cities, that is, the 4 and 10 articles of the State Council, and explicitly called for resolute measures taken by all localities to curb the excessive rise in housing prices, promote the improvement of people's livelihood and economic development.

    Since then, especially in land, real estate, credit and other departments, efforts have been made to increase the intensity of document implementation and policy control, and achieved initial results.
