In August 26th, the Gulin County Consumer Council received a complaint from Liu, a customer who lives in Binhe Road. He complained that he bought a pair of cool shoes at a brand shoe store in Sheng Lin Street, Gulin County in August 4th at a price of 166 yuan, and the shoes and heels were damaged in less than 4 days.

It was sent back to the shoe store for repair, but dealers continued to delay and prevaricate for various reasons.

On the 25 day, the consumer Liu came to the shoe store again for compensation, and was refused by the store.

Liu was angry but complained to the Gulin County Consumer Council.

After receiving the complaint, the Gulin County Consumer Council attached great importance to it and immediately organized the staff to investigate it.

According to the investigation, the consumer Liu reflected the fact that the quality problems of the cool shoe shoes purchased by the brand shoe store were so serious that Liu would send the shoes to the shoe store for repair in August 9th.

But because of the negligence of the shoe shop, the leather shoes that had been repaired were missing.
