Reporter: how about the scale and technical level of industrial textiles enterprises in Haining warp knitting industrial park?

Shen Shunnian: as of the end of 2009, there were more than 40 industrial textile production enterprises in the park, with an output value of 3 billion 680 million yuan, accounting for 48% of the total economic volume of Enterprises above the scale of the park, including advertising light box cloth, geomembrane, geotextile, geogrid base cloth, canopy cloth, inflatable yacht cloth, swimming pool cloth, projection cloth and so on.

The park will also build new and special fiber materials industry R & D base. The base will plan and construct four major functional areas, including core technology R & D area, public service area, product experiment and Industrial Industrial Zone, with new fiber materials R & D as the core, research and development to promote the development of high-tech fiber, and promote the application of new fiber materials in the field of industrial textiles.

With the continuous expansion of the influence of the competition, from the fourth competition in 2009, we have increased the design competition for warp knitted products such as outdoor products and so on, so that people can understand the application of warp knitting industrial textiles more widely and more deeply.

The park will focus on developing new composite products, such as carbon fiber, aramid, high strength and high modulus polyethylene.

The park will guide enterprises to further develop covering textile, building, pportation, filtration, biomedical and other industrial textiles.

The park will also guide enterprises to develop and produce Bio Medical warp knitted products, such as artificial blood vessels, hernia patch, etc.

In post track processing, rigid and flexible composite materials processing technology and equipment are introduced to master the key technologies for the development of industrial textiles.

On this basis, we will actively develop the end products of industrial textiles according to market demand and enhance the added value of products.
