China Textile Rui Ze Main Project Completed &Nbsp; Boost Industrial Upgrading

In October 18th, the completion ceremony of the main project of Sino textile Rui Ze chemical products Co., Ltd. was held in Yantai Economic Development Zone, China.

In 2008, China Rui Ze started construction in the Yantai development zone. After the first phase of the project was put into operation, the company could produce 5000 tons of spinning auxiliaries and eventually form 8000 tons of production capacity, which is of great significance for breaking the situation of domestic textile auxiliaries' dependence on imports, promoting local economic development and upgrading the textile industry.

Yantai middle spinning Rui chemical products Co., Ltd. is a joint capital contribution of Beijing Zhong textile Haitian dyed textile technology Co., Ltd. and Yantai Rui Ze Chemical Co., Ltd.

At the completion ceremony, Li Shaoling, chairman of Yantai Sino textile Rui Ze chemical products Co., Ltd., President of the China Chemical Fiber Association, delivered a speech. Finally, President Du Yuzhou of the China Textile Industry Association delivered a speech.

In his speech, Xiaoping pointed out that the high-end spinning oil agent, including spandex oil, has always been a weak link in China's fine chemical industry. Before 2005, it basically imported from Europe, the United States, Japan and other developed areas, and once became a bottleneck for the rapid development of the spandex industry.

With the rise of China's spun oil producing enterprises such as China textile, Haitian and so on, it not only fills the gap in China, meets the needs of conventional spandex production in China, but also effectively reduces the cost of spandex production, which has played a positive role in the rapid development of China's Spandex Industry in recent years.

In his speech, Du Yuzhou concluded that the fine chemical industry of oil additives and auxiliaries is an important area of industrial upgrading of China's chemical fiber industry and dyeing and finishing industry. It directly reflects the application level and industrialization level of China's chemical fiber industry and dyeing and finishing industry in the emerging technology field. At present, although the output of China's chemical fiber industry and dyeing and finishing industry has already accounted for the first place in the world, high-end products still rely mainly on imports. Therefore, technological breakthroughs in this field have become an important bottleneck for industrial upgrading.
