Suspected Of Harboring A Crime &Nbsp; "Raped" Girl Became A Suspect.

A 17 year old girl who served as a waiter at a hotel in Sanya was raped after drinking with several men in Chengmai.

After the incident, the girl reported to the Chengmai police, and the rape suspect fled.

In October 25th, Chengmai County Public Security Bureau took A Ling (a pseudonym).

Why did the girl who had been raped become a suspect who was suspected of harboring a crime? The reporter from the Southern Metropolis Daily visited the Chengmai Public Security Bureau in October 26th.

The girl cried in the morning: "I was raped".

At 5 a.m. on July 29, 2009, a girl with a badly dressed clothes suddenly broke into the Yongfa police station of Chengmai County Public Security Bureau and cried to the police on duty for help: "Uncle police, I was raped, please help me."

The girl was in a panic and her clothes were torn.

After hearing A Ling's crying, the police immediately reported the case to Wang Lei, the Standing Committee of the Chengmai provincial Party committee and the chief of Public Security Bureau.

After hearing the case report, director Wang Lei immediately instructed Liang Enyuan, deputy director of charge of criminal investigation, to supervise the case personally.

Deputy director Liang Enyuan immediately went to Yongfa police station to understand the case.

A Ling told police investigators that he was 17 years old. He lived in Yongfa Town, Chengmai. On the afternoon of 28, when she was chatting with a friend surnamed Dai, a man surnamed Xu came over to invite Dai to eat. So she went with Xu and others.

When the restaurant was near a bar in Jin Jiang Town, there were several men waiting there.

At 9 o'clock in the evening, a man surnamed Deng invited everyone to go to the bar to drink.

On the morning of 29, A Ling proposed to go home. The man surnamed Deng borrowed a car and Dai, Xu and a man named Tang to send A Ling home.

When the car opened to the north side of Rui Xi Village Road, because the car chassis was scraped, so Dai and Xu get out of the car, Tang and Deng continue to drive A Ling back to Yongfa town.

On the way, Deng, who was sitting in the back seat with A Ling, began to stir up A Ling's hands.

After being resisted by A Ling, Deng was furious, so Tang stopped the car on the roadside and Deng Mou raped A Ling in the car.

In A Ling's resistance, Deng bitten A Ling's arm and thigh.

After the incident, Dengmou asked A Ling to get off at the intersection of Rui Xi and Yongfa on the grounds that he was too far away from home, and Deng and A Ling drove away.

Later, A Ling stumbled and ran to Yongfa police station for help.

The injured woman suddenly claimed that sexual relations were voluntary.

A few days after the incident, A Ling went to the Criminal Investigation Brigade to ask whether the police could withdraw the case and received a negative reply.

In July 25th this year, Dengmou of a year after escaping was arrested by a police in Changjiang.

Deng confessed to the crime of raping A Ling, and on the same day, he met A Ling for the first time.

In October 25th, the Chengmai County Public Security Bureau submitted A Ling's arrest to Chengmai County procuratorate for the purpose of shielding him.

The injured woman is afraid of influencing reputation, and accepts 8000 yuan to write the withdrawal case.

I knew I had done something wrong.

On the afternoon of October 26th, reporters at the Chengmai detention center saw A Ling, a criminal suspect who was arrested on suspicion of harboring a crime.

A Ling told reporters that her family in Chengmai Yongfa town rural area, on the second day because of family poverty to drop out of school to work in Sanya, before the incident back to Chengmai home for illness, but unexpectedly happened later.

After being sexually assaulted by Deng, he was very angry and went to Yongfa police station to report.

But after the report, Deng Mou commissioned friends and family to find A Ling, and promised to compensate A Ling for 8000 yuan as long as A Ling went to the public security organ to withdraw the case.

And Deng's family also came to apologize to me, and promised to give me 8000 yuan as long as I withdraw the case.

So I lied about the relationship between Dengmou and men and women, and proposed a withdrawal to the public security organs.

A Ling told reporters that after Deng was arrested, one of Deng's friends found A Ling and handed him a written withdrawal to A Ling. A Ling handed it to the man after copying a copy.
