Zhoukou Is Named By The Provincial Government As The Export Base Of Footwear Industry In Henan Province.

This year, the provincial Party committee and the provincial government designated Zhoukou as "the province's key undertaking shoe-making industry pfer base" and Zhoukou.

In order to complete the shift of shoemaking industry, Zhoukou has developed the "shoe industry export base development plan", with a total planned area of 39400 mu, of which 7500 Mu are planned in the near future, 13000 mu in the medium term planning area, and 18900 mu in long-term planning area, which are distributed in 11 industrial agglomeration areas of the whole city.

By 2020, we will strive to build the export base of Zhoukou footwear industry into a well-known, internationally influential central part of the whole industry chain with complete industrial chain, strong R & D capability, and independent footwear brand, which integrates shoe production, R & D and supporting equipment pactions.

According to statistics of Zhoukou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, the city has attracted 10 foreign investment shoemaking projects this year, with a total investment of nearly 1 billion 420 million yuan.

Among them, 2 projects were put into operation, with a total investment of 257 million yuan, 66 million 184 thousand yuan in place, 4 projects on landing, 902 million yuan in total investment, 4 in signing projects, and a total investment of 260 million yuan.

The city has initially formed footwear industry clusters with Xihua kaishong shoe industry, Shangshui strong Hong shoe industry, Fugou Bao Chang shoes industry and Luyi Xianglong shoes industry.

Apart from the mainland of China, no country or region in the world can undertake such a large scale shoemaking industry pfer, and Henan is most suitable for undertaking such a shift.
