Insoles Propaganda False Deceive Consumers &Nbsp; &Nbsp; Carrefour Lose Money.

So Mr. Yu asked the court to order Carrefour to refund 175 yuan, 175 yuan for compensation, 200 yuan for compensation and 8 yuan for compensation.
Carrefour argues that the Chinese Kangtai company is a regular professional enterprise. The company has fulfilled the reasonable duty of review of the seller from the proper channel.

The court held that if the consumers' rights and interests were damaged when buying or using commodities, they could demand compensation from sellers.
Mr. Yu's purchase of insoles at Carrefour Tongzhou store is far below the standard of cotton 100%, which is advertised in its label.
The defendant exaggerated the quality of the product, shoddy and constituted fraud.
If an operator provides goods with fraud, he shall increase the compensation for his losses in accordance with the requirements of consumers, and increase the amount of compensation to double the cost of goods purchased by consumers.
To this end, the court ruled that Carrefour should refund 175 yuan, compensate 175 yuan, and compensate for the detection fee of 200 yuan.
