According to the introduction, the joint venture between Zhejiang and the Hsing Hui Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., the "double rabbit New Material Co., Ltd. of Zhejiang", has 50% shares, and plans to build a differentiated fiber project with an annual output of 1 million tons in Linjiang Industrial Park. The project is expected to be completed in 2013.
