In 2009, the annual output of bamboo fiber reached 22 thousand and 700 tons, an increase of 28.75% over the same period last year, creating revenue of 381 million 80 thousand yuan, accounting for 21.34% of the company's main business income.
In 2001, the sales of bamboo fiber in Jilin chemical fiber was only 12 tons, reaching 22 thousand and 700 tons by 2009. In 2005-2009 years, the compound sales growth rate of Jilin chemical fiber bamboo fiber reached 41%.
The company is currently the largest bamboo fiber producer in China.
