Hu Jintao Will Attend The APEC Conference And Deliver Keynote Speech.

The theme of this APEC informal leadership conference is "change and action", mainly discussing regional economic integration, growth strategy, human security, Bogor target assessment, APEC future development, economic and technological cooperation, Doha Round negotiations and other issues.

Hu Jintao will explain the proposition of China's balance, tolerance, sustainability, innovation and security growth in the Asia Pacific region at the informal meeting of leaders. He put forward his views on the future development of APEC, introduced China's position on Asia Pacific regional cooperation, delivered a speech on the theme of "Asia Pacific emerging market countries" at the summit of APEC industrial and commercial leaders, and exchanged views with the business community on issues such as the Asia Pacific Free Trade Area, the development of small and medium sized enterprises, food security, energy security and so on at the dialogue meeting with representatives of the APEC Business Advisory Council.

According to the former Ministry of foreign affairs, APEC is the most perfect and highest level economic cooperation forum in the Asia Pacific region. The Chinese president attended all the APEC leaders' informal meetings.

China hopes that the APEC leaders meeting will achieve positive results in the following areas:

First, we should carry out pragmatic cooperation in promoting economic balance, tolerance, sustainability, innovation and security growth, and promote the sound and rapid development of the Asia Pacific economy at a higher level and level.

The two is to take the Bogor target review as an opportunity to further implement liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment and accelerate regional economic integration.

Hu Jintao arrived in Yokohama after arriving at the fifth summit of the group of twenty leaders in Seoul, South Korea.
