The top four international fast fashion giants are attacking the lives of urban white-collar workers and gradually deepening the hearts of Chinese consumers.
When most people had not yet been able to figure out what the "fast fashion" really was, Donghua University and Nash were married in November 16th and jointly established the "Donghua fast fashion research center", hoping to promote the common progress of China's fashion industry by integrating the advantages of both sides, and accelerate the pformation of China's garment industry to producer services.
At the time when international brands ZARA and H&M, UNIQLO and GAP introduced SPA (private brand clothing professional retailers), many domestic garment enterprises are constantly exploring and pforming the SPA mode.
During the Chinese clothing and Accessories Fair this year, Ding Hui, chairman of the national garment and accessories fair, expressed confidence in the Chinese clothing business forum that he was "a pioneer in the Chinese local SPA mode and led the local fast fashion".
The SPA model was first founded by the famous clothing retail giant GAP clothing company. It was introduced into Japan and Europe, and gradually evolved into a major format of western apparel retail. SPA mode is considered to be the most successful fashion management mode in the post IT era. Its most famous representative is the Spanish apparel channel brand ZARA.
The industry calls it "China's ZARA", but the marketing model of ZARA has its original part compared with its marketing mode, and the most important one is "membership database marketing".
On the surface, the characteristics and advantages of SPA enterprises are fashion, quick response and low price. In fact, all of these advantages come from the high efficiency of supply chain management. Enterprises can save many costs by taking many links from production to retail.
The business models of SPA enterprises are almost the same.
They have a large number of designers and fashion buyers, and learn from imitation and pformation of fashion, and quickly realize the innovation of clothing styles; they do not produce factories, and through the integration of supply chain, order orders from their own brands to the manufacturers, and then directly distribute to all the terminal stores in the country through the fast logistics system.
As the first "fast fashion" research organization in China, the "Donghua fast fashion research center" will theoretically explore the social phenomenon of fast fashion and the "production and circulation integration mode (SPA)", so that the whole industry can share the successful experience of SPA and push forward the industry standard formulation of "the model of", so as to promote the comprehensive advantages of domestic enterprises and participate in international competition.
