File Keeping Agreement For Unemployed Graduates

　　 Party B This is the first two years.

　　 Gender This is the first time.

Graduating School: the first, the second and the third.

Specialties: it is: the first two years.

Party B shall entrust Party A with personnel files for failing to implement the employment unit. Party B shall be exempted from archival storage fees from two years before graduation from school, and for more than two years, Party B shall pay to Party A a one-time fee for storing graduates' files.

Two, if Party B implements the employment unit, it shall timely transfer the file transfer procedures to Party A according to the "registration card" or "graduate employment declaration form" signed by the Municipal Bureau of personnel, the photocopy of the household migration certificate, and the receipt letter of the receiving unit.

Three, Party A can provide Party B with relevant certificates in personnel files, handle private visits abroad, visit relatives at home, study abroad at their own expense, etc. According to the regulations of the provincial and municipal price departments, various kinds of certification materials are issued, and each time they go abroad, they go abroad for political trials.

Four, the above fees and charges are based on the existing provisions of provincial and municipal price departments. During the period of this agreement, new regulations will be implemented from the month of change in case of the above departments rechecking fees and charging standards.

Five. This agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy, which will take effect after signature and seal.
