He said that the Ministry of industry and information technology will actively promote the upgrading of textile industry clusters, mainly focusing on four aspects: first, overall planning and optimizing the layout; second, promoting the technological transformation, energy conservation and emission reduction and transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the cluster area; third, supporting and improving the construction of public service system; fourth, focusing on typical publicity and demonstration.
