Announcement Of Shareholder's Share Lifting Of China Textile Machinery Limited By Share Ltd

The company was informed that the intermediate people's Court of Nanjing city of Jiangsu province has lifted the 72 million shares of the company's social legal person shares held by Jiangsu NANDA high tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (NANDA investment company), through the Shanghai branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd., the second largest shareholder of the company.
The above lifting and sealing system is a case of dispute between Nanjing Special Investment Management Co., Ltd. ("special investment company") and NANDA investment company, and the intermediate people's Court of Nanjing city of Jiangsu province made (241st) civil judgment No. 241st of ningmin two early in October 13, 2006. The NANDA investment company returned ten yuan of interest and 29 million 250 thousand yuan interest to the special investment company within ten days from the effective date of the judgment. After the judgment came into effect, the Nanjing intermediate people's Court of Jiangsu province sealed up 72 million shares of the company's legal person shares held by NANDA investment company in accordance with the law. Now, because of the agreement on transfer of creditor's rights between the victor investment company and the Pacific Electric and mechanical (Group) Limited company, the Nanjing intermediate people's Court of Jiangsu province has applied for canceling the seizure. In accordance with the 140th provision of the Civil Procedure Law of the people's Republic of China, the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. shall assist in carrying out the above-mentioned lifting and sealing up.
