Yu Ji said that the SASAC will promote the reform of the budget management of state-owned enterprises' total wages, scientifically and rationally compile and execute the budget plan, and effectively enhance the strategic support and leading role of budgetary management for enterprise development, constantly improve the level of budget management, establish and improve the linkage mechanism of wage efficiency according to the characteristics of the industry and the operation of enterprises, and rationally determine the wage growth of employees.
