Here I want to make a definition. I refer to entrepreneurs as private entrepreneurs. Although state-owned enterprises have a lot of excellent managers, there are no entrepreneurs there.

Entrepreneurs in a market economy refer to such a group of people who have sharp eyes, can discover social needs in time, and even create social needs; they have the courage and ability to take risks; they can organize resources to develop and manufacture products and services that the society needs in the uncertain future; they take personal reputation and assets to bear the consequences of failure, and they also win the successful returns with their personal reputation and assets.

In this sense, only managers in state-owned enterprises have no entrepreneurs.

When we see the decline of entrepreneurship in China, we must ask why. In fact, we all know that

Not only the strong expansion of the policies, laws, funds, resources and ideology of state-owned enterprises, but also the extrusion of the survival space of private economy, the government departments have intervened more and more frequently in economic activities.

The prominent case of intervention is real estate. Almost all of the administrative interventions we know have been used in real estate, and in a very short time.

The government's intervention in economic activities and market activities has increased the burden on enterprises, disrupted the market order, destroyed the expected stability and improved the uncertainty of the future.

With the deterioration of business environment and the reduction of profit opportunities, a considerable number of entrepreneurs abandoned their ideals and turned to investment, forming second trends outside the enterprises.

In my student group, I find the two major trends. First, overseas passports, second investment and industry, it is becoming more and more difficult.

The quiet change of social status has also led to the decline of entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurs have turned from an enviable market economy to a world of complaints. In recent years, income distribution has been constantly differentiated. People habitually focus their attention on the results rather than on the causes.

More attention should be paid to the uneven distribution of income and not to explore the causes of uneven income distribution.

Some scholars believe that the main reason for the deterioration of income distribution is the paction of money rights, which is corruption in public investment. It is the monopoly supply of land and the income of monopoly industries. The tenant always guides the pressure of public opinion on producers and operators, and can not afford to buy housing because developers are profiteering and expensive because doctors collect red packets, and vegetable prices rise because of the stockpiling mentality of food dealers.

When the hatred of the rich takes the place of respect for wealth, entrepreneurs lose their spiritual motivation and give back to society becomes a responsibility under pressure rather than a heartfelt gratitude.

We see very few naked donors in society, and the growing popularity is "naked view".

What is the relationship between entrepreneurship and interpretation culture? What does this relationship mean to our nation? What does this relationship mean to our nation? It means the decline of innovation ability and social turbulence. When society no longer rewards and motivates enterprises and people to create value, it will bring people's intelligence and intelligence and time and energy to redistribution rather than value reengineering. We know what its long-term consequences are and what value creation is to effectively meet social needs. From this definition, we can see clearly that government departments do not actually create value, and all government receipts come from the private sector, and state assets are also formed by taxpayers' investments.

When we see that college graduates are rushing to the government departments to compete, the social elite evade the value creation department, and the redistribution department, which yearns for wealth, gets its own benefits from the redistribution of wealth.

Such a society will become parasitic and stagnant, and such an economy will lose its vitality.

The value creation sector shrank and the value creation rate declined.

What is even more worrying is that the young talents in our society not only yearn for the value redistribution departments, but also are prepared by various government agencies. They are prepared to achieve their goals by means of corruption and other illegal means.

Data show that in 2010, the central government and its directly affiliated institutions recruited 350 thousand civil servants through the eligibility examination, and 1 million 350 thousand of them applied for about 400 thousand of the national tax system, and 300 thousand of the customs offices accounted for 70% of the total number of applicants.

The situation that three thousand or four thousand people compete for a quota is formed, and the railway, public security and meteorological systems are dismal.

Similarly, we would like to ask why the location of civil servants who are also respected by the security and stability will be cold and hot. The preference of these departments is determined by the size of rent-seeking power. There is a little information asymmetry.

The railway, public security and meteorological systems I mentioned just now are few, and in fact, the information is asymmetric because people do not know the potential of rent-seeking.

All know that the national tax department can, the Customs Department can, so 70% of the people rushed to the two departments.

This shows that what we have just said is that our young talents not only want to get their own interests through the redistribution of wealth, but also intend to achieve their goals by means of illegal means.

It is natural for people to question the fairness of government legislation and law enforcement and to shake people's confidence in social equity by illegal redistribution of wealth.

It is too late to talk about stability and harmony until the people are boiling away.

The decline of entrepreneurial spirit and the rise of power culture will not only reduce the creativity of our country, but also cause social injustice and affect social harmony and stability.

Our country is in the critical period of changing the mode of economic growth. Encouraging and promoting innovation is a fundamental measure to change the growth pattern.

It is particularly important for entrepreneurs to reinvigorate their entrepreneurial spirit by innovating their mission and work.

Reviving entrepreneurship requires the government to withdraw from the economy and let the market play a fundamental role in allocating resources.

This sentence is not what I said, it is one of the three decisions of our ruling party.

Let enterprises return to the stage to revive the spirit of entrepreneurship, ask the government to relax and release control, strengthen market functions, and weaken the ability of officials to rent and rent.

Some officials have been condemned by the public. Our observations show that the initiative to join hands with them is a minority. Most entrepreneurs are forced to do so. They want pparency and standardization to operate and do not want to take risks.

They are free from government rent seeking and pitional control, revive entrepreneurship and require people to understand entrepreneurs' role in a market economy.

Entrepreneurs bear the pressure and risk that ordinary people are unable to bear. Entrepreneurs' innovation has brought huge benefits to the society, and the market and society give entrepreneurs a generous return. This is a reasonable and fair arrangement.

At least, it is more reasonable and fair to accumulate wealth than corruption, because entrepreneurs satisfy social needs and create value for society. Corruption rent-seeking is only lawful or illegal to plunder other people's wealth.

Fortunately, the resources of Chinese entrepreneurs are very rich. From the small workshops to the peasants, the enterprises that run the fool and melon seeds are all the representatives of entrepreneurs today. Unfortunately, we have thousands of years of bureaucratic tradition of centralized power to suppress and destroy the spirit of folk innovation.

If government officials, like Comrade Xiaoping, realize that the wisdom of the people is far above themselves, respect and encourage the people themselves to create, shift their focus from the activities of regulating the market economy to the construction and maintenance of the system in the market economy activities, we are very confident that the pformation of the pattern of China's economic growth is just around the corner, and we will write another brilliant chapter of China's economic miracle.
