If a party fails to pay compensation to Party A due to legal reasons, the guarantor shall still be liable for joint guarantee.
Four. When the validity of the the Great Wall card expires and the guarantor fails to submit a written surrender request to Party A, Party A will see the same. ensure The party continues to guarantee Party B that the guarantor will continue to bear the joint and several liability for guaranty after he receives the new card.
Five. This contract shall be governed by the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China. All disputes in this contract shall be governed by the people's Court of the place where Party A is located. In addition to the other stipulations of Party A and the guarantor, the unsettled issues shall be handled according to Party A's business regulations and financial practices.
