Irrevocable Renminbi guarantee form

1. This guarantee is an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee. The amount of guarantee is RMB equivalent to the amount of loan principal, interest and cost of the $100 million loan of the company.

Two. The total or part of the loan and interest of the borrower under the contract item of the loan contract shall be replaced by the borrower within fourteen days after the receipt of the written notice of the bank.

If our unit fails to fulfill the above guarantee responsibility, we will accept your entrustment to entrust all of the principal and interest and expenses of our bank.

Three, this guarantee will continue to be effective when your bank agrees to extend the repayment of the borrower.

Four, this guarantee is a guarantee of continuous guarantee and compensation, and is not affected by any instructions or documents signed by the borrower from the superior unit or any unit signed by the borrower, nor is there any change due to the bankruptcy of the borrower, the inability to repay the loan, the loss of the enterprise qualification, the modification of the articles of association, and the change of customs, suspension, merger and pfer.

Five, the guarantor is a legal person approved by the higher authorities, and a business license issued by the administrative department for Industry and commerce. It has enough property to repay the loan as a guarantee to ensure that the obligations stipulated in the certificate are fulfilled.

Six, this guarantee will become effective from the date of issue, and will automatically become invalid when the principal and interest of all borrowers are repaid.
