    At present, the emphasis of chemical fiber machinery technology innovation should be on the industrialization and application of multi-functional and differential fibers, such as viscose, high humidity modulus, flame retardant, chitin, fine denier, heteromorphic, conductive, anti radiation and other high-tech fibers, and the industrialization and application of biomass fiber materials, as well as cleaner production and resource reuse.

    The volume is about 18 million tons, an annual growth of 7.5%, and the demand for polyester will reach 35 million tons in 2010. It is estimated that polyester fiber will rise from the current consumption per capita 1.6kg to 1.8 kg in 2010, and become the world's largest textile material.

    Polyester fibers will keep developing at a high speed, and the growth of polyester filament will not be too fast, mainly because polyester staple is more suitable for the development and production of various functional fibers.

    The production capacity of polyester staple fiber line has increased from 75 thousand tons to 100 thousand tons. Short fiber continuous drawing one-step spinneret has 70 thousand holes, and the number of cluster reaches 5 million ~600.


    At present, the focus of chemical fiber innovation is to increase the proportion of fiber differentiation and enhance the added value.

    Due to excess production of general chemical fiber products, functional and differential fibers have relatively high technical requirements for the development of chemical fiber equipment.

    It is urgent to adopt advanced and applicable technologies to enhance the traditional chemical fiber technology, equipment and production control level. The staple fiber should be butted with cotton spinning to solve the key technologies such as deodorization and dehumidification, so that the differential rate of chemical fiber will be increased from 48% last year to 50%, so as to realize the flexibility, diversification and efficient production of polyester, polyester, viscose, nylon, nitrile and other products, and continuously improve the added value of products to meet the market demand.


    The scale efficiency and short range industrialization of polyester industry have been realized by industrialization, energy saving, direct spinning on-line adding technology, acetaldehyde recovery and other comprehensive utilization technologies.

    The low temperature short process three kettle continuous PET plant has produced cationic polyester, and has directly spun FDY and POY. The quality of the product is better than that of slice spinning, and it is more energy saving and consumption reducing.


    Research and development of high efficiency chemical fiber equipment is an inevitable trend.


    1~8 month, China's viscose production was 1 million 238 thousand and 700 tons, an increase of 7.22% over the same period.

    In 2009, the global viscose filament output was 351 thousand tons, China accounted for nearly 70%, and the demand for silk industry was relatively large.


    Structural adjustment of the chemical fiber industry has achieved initial success and technological progress has been speeded up.

    Polyester polyester industry equipment scale of large-scale and short cut trend is more obvious.


    Faced with the constraints of resources, energy and environment, the research and development of chemical fiber equipment will be faced with practical problems such as increasing production efficiency, reducing land occupation, solving resources and energy and improving environmental protection level. Therefore, it is very difficult to achieve a major breakthrough in new textile chemical fiber equipment with independent intellectual property rights by strengthening independent research and development and introducing and assimilation of advanced international technology.


    Since the beginning of this year, the fixed assets investment of chemical fiber industry has increased by 50.85% compared with the same period last year, of which the investment in human fiber has increased by 49.50% and the investment in synthetic fiber has increased by 63.15%.

    The market demand for chemical filament and staple fiber equipment has increased, and the demand for nylon / polypropylene / polyester filament equipment is better than that of short fiber.

    Chemical fiber machinery imports $278 million in 1~8 month, accounting for only 0.41% of the domestic spinning machine market, and its own products gradually replace imports.

    The chemical fiber industry will focus on the elimination of low efficiency, backward technology, intermittent pet, conventional polyester device, wet spandex production process, limiting the use of less than 20 thousand tons / year of viscose production line, and intensify efforts to improve environmental pollution, energy conservation.

    By 2011, the chemical fiber industry will eliminate 2 million 300 thousand tons of backward production capacity.

    According to preliminary statistics, the complete set of polyester staple fiber equipment has sold about 40 lines, with capacity of nearly 1 million tons, of which 70% of the complete sets of recycled polyester spun flakes are available.


    Viscose staple spinning machine has sold about 7 lines, forming a capacity of about 220 thousand tons.

    All kinds of bomb loader reached more than 1500 units this year, an increase of 58.9% over the same period last year.
