Party A: Mr.

Party B: the company is in charge.

Party A and Party B (Party A, Party B, Party B) shall have an equal consultation and voluntarily sign this appointment.

Fifth Party A may terminate the contract in any of the following circumstances, but it shall be thirty days in advance.

1. Party B is not competent.

2. Party B seriously violates the rules and regulations of Party A's unit.

3. the objective situation on which the contract is concluded has changed significantly, resulting in the failure of the contract to be fulfilled.

4. Party A considers that the other Party B shall not continue to perform the contract.

Sixth the rules and regulations formulated by Party A in connection with the work of Party B are the annexes to this contract.

The seventh contract is in two copies, one for Party A and one for Party B.

The eighth contract shall come into effect from the date when Party B arrives to report to Party A.

Ninth issues not covered by this contract shall be settled by consultation between Party A and Party B. If not properly resolved, it shall be handled according to relevant laws, regulations and relevant policies of the state.
