    Recruitment Agreement

    Recruitment agreement template


    Party A: Mr.

    Party A hereby entrusts Party B to recruit relevant personnel for the purpose of work, and through consultation with both parties, the following terms shall be agreed upon so as to enable both parties to abide by them.


    Party A's rights and obligations


    1. Party A shall provide Party B with a valid copy of the business license and a letter of introduction from the unit, and the overseas enterprise shall also provide a letter of recommendation from the municipal or municipal talent center.

    If Party A has any special circumstances, the recruitment process should be explained in advance, and the agreement will be automatically postponed.


    6. Party A shall pay the Commission commission to Party B within one week after the entry of the candidate.

    Two. Rights and obligations of Party B


    1. Party B shall operate according to the recruitment requirements and conditions proposed by Party A. if Party A agrees, it can make appropriate adjustments according to the personnel resources of the 1:2:3, and recommend the talents according to the proportion of the 1:2:3, and ensure the authenticity of the candidates' personal data. Party B will provide candidates with at least 1 candidates within one week after accepting the entrustment of Party A.


    2. Party B, without prejudice to personal privacy and interests of the third party, shall provide Party A with detailed information on the selection of senior talents as far as possible, so as to provide reference for Party A in selecting talents.


    3. Party B shall strictly keep the relevant information of the recruiter, and shall not disclose the contents to any unrelated person except to the recruitment unit.

    Party B must keep Party A confidential in order to safeguard the interests of Party A.


    4. after completing the project, Party B has the responsibility to strengthen communication with Party A, understand the situation of personnel in time, make talents smoothly through the running in period, and put forward relevant suggestions and consultation.


    5. Party B's recommended personnel guarantee three months' probation period. If the party resigns during the probation period or is regarded as incompetent by Party A, Party B shall continue to recommend Party A according to the relevant provisions of this Agreement (unless the customer requests to stop recommending).


    6. Party B can provide personnel assessment services, interview rooms for the company, and organize interviews and related supporting services.


    7. if the candidate recommended by Party B is employed by Party A as a part other than the provisions of this agreement, the commission fee shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations.


    8. Party B promises not to search for talents from Party A within two years.


    Three, fees and refund matters


    1. the deposit is authorized to be RMB.

    The service charge for each position is calculated according to the annual salary of the commissioned posts.


    2. the commission fee is 20% of the full annual salary (according to the annual salary standard after the formal employment, the annual salary standard is: basic salary, welfare allowance, annual performance, and calculated before tax).

    Commissioned Commission shall be paid 70% of the total cost within one week after the candidate is hired, and the remaining 30% shall be settled within three months of the probation period; if the candidate is resigned for personal reasons within three months, or if Party A considers that he is not competent, Party B shall continue to recommend the right person to party a free of charge or return 30% of the Commission received.

    Four, others


    1. Party A shall not pmit the information of the candidate recommended by Party B to the other third party without Party B's written consent, otherwise the candidate shall be deemed to be employed by Party A.


    2. any candidate recommended by Party A to Party A shall, within 2 years from the time of signing the agreement, cooperate with Party A whenever it is employed by Party A or Party A's personal resources, and Party A shall pay Party B's service fee according to the third standard of the agreement.

    Party A and Party B should abide by the industry norms and professional ethics to ensure the scientificity and impartiality of the selection procedures.


    3. any other issues arising out of this agreement or other problems encountered during the execution shall be settled through consultation between Party A and Party B.

    In case of dispute, both parties shall have the right to submit an arbitration to the Arbitration Commission.

    This Agreement shall come into force on the date of signing.
