    Xia Zhengzu, general manager of Wujiang Ya Ji Textile Co., Ltd., told reporters that before the use of e-commerce, the company only had domestic sales, and 3 years of money began to use e-commerce to do foreign trade. At present, the annual foreign trade quota has reached tens of millions, while the quota is still growing steadily, and the company's foreign trade team has gradually expanded.


    "With the help of e-commerce, the industrial cluster effect of Wujiang's textile fabrics has multiplied. It not only improves the industrial chain of the fabric export base, but also improves the value of the industrial cluster."

    Li Rui, deputy director of Wujiang Business Bureau, said.


    Wujiang is the main chemical fiber and weaving production base in China. It is also the area with the highest shuttleless weaving in China. There are 150 thousand shuttleless looms in the city, of which 130 thousand are looms, 20 thousand looms and 3000 rapier looms, which now have a weaving capacity of 11 billion meters and an annual dyeing and finishing capacity of 3 billion 100 million meters.


    In the 1-11 months of this year, Wujiang's textile and clothing exports were 1 billion 783 million US dollars, up 46.54% from the same period last year, 13.23 percentage points higher than the average level of Wujiang and 19.79% of the total export volume of the city.


    In order to promote the development of Wujiang fabric export base, in June this year, the Jiangsu provincial commerce department and Wujiang Business Bureau jointly launched the Alibaba Wujiang sub station and the Jiangsu fabric export base channel jointly with Alibaba.

    Up to now, 300 Wujiang textile export enterprises have developed with this platform.


    With the help of this platform, Wujiang fabric enterprises have achieved steady growth in foreign trade export. E-commerce has brought 1 billion export orders to 300 textile export enterprises in Wujiang.


    Cost reduced by 50%


    Since the beginning of this year, domestic CPI has continued to rise, prices have risen in all directions, and the cost of production links has been increasing.


    Generally speaking, material costs of manufacturing enterprises account for 50%-80% of total cost. If CPI rises by 5%, the total cost of enterprises will rise by 2.5%-4%.

    The continuous growth of CPI in China this year has brought serious challenges to the vast majority of manufacturing enterprises, and enterprises are facing huge pressure of survival.


    "Enterprises bear the cost pressure of inflation alone, through the improvement of production, cost and other aspects of the process of internal tapping, to offset part of their profits to make up for part of it."

    Li Shun, manager of the Suzhou District of Alibaba, said that in the face of such frequent and huge rise, the limited space between production and the cost of the period made the enterprise fall into an awkward situation of dealing with inflation with its own profits.

    There are businesses and journalists counting the bills: in terms of exhibition costs, hundreds of thousands of exhibitors are required each year. After the electronic commerce, the annual exhibition will be greatly reduced. In terms of travel expenses, each salesperson can maintain 10 or so customers, and often travel to maintain customer relationship. Now a customer can maintain hundreds of customers, and do not travel to maintain, directly through e-commerce, so that the cost of travel is reduced by 50%.


    "Now many customer departments do not need to check the factory, so the business entertainment cost is much less. It can save hundreds of thousands of hospitality fees a year."

    Feng Liping said.


    "By combining with e-commerce, enterprises' increase in resistance to cost increases will not only help enterprises to get orders, but also help enterprises to reduce costs and increase profits."
