The Process Of Merchandising For Foreign Trade
One, fixed cabin
(1) confirm whether the factory has been completed.
(2) book a shipping order to the freight forwarder, write the name of the sailing date, destination port, departure port, several cabinets (big cabinet or small cabinet), product name, quantity, number, gross weight, net weight, volume, etc.
(3) after the success of the cargo reservation module, you will fax a warehouse receipt to the factory. When it arrives at the factory towing cabinet or when it will deliver the goods to the designated warehouse place and the deadline for delivery of the documents, it will usually be three days before the sailing date, preferably according to the time required on the forwarder's notice.
(4) after receiving the notice from the forwarder, we will send the warehouse entry notice to the factory, indicating the name of the goods, the number of boxes, the detailed address of the warehouse, the arrival time (preferably one day ahead of schedule), the warehouse number, the contact person, the telephone and so on.
(5) then the telephone confirms whether the factory has received the notice of entering the warehouse and whether it can enter the warehouse on time.
Two, prepare customs declarations.
(1) if there is no commodity inspection form, the following documents are required:

B, customs invoices (in principle, according to the actual unit price to declare, sometimes there are
difference
Look at the operation of the companies.
C, packing list.
D, customs declaration form.
E, verification form.
(2) if it is a customs declaration form, the following documents are required:
A, declaration of attorney
B, customs declaration invoice.

D, customs declaration form.
E, verification form.
F, customs clearance form.
(3) if there are commodity inspection vouchers, the following documents are required:
A, customs declaration information (1)

Replacement voucher (usually used at the end of the time, if the time can not be completed, there is a surplus, you can tell the forwarder to keep it for your next shipment).

E, some products need to provide intellectual property certificate to prepare customs declaration information, send it to the freight forwarding agent for customs declaration.
Three, go to the factory towing cabinet or to install cabinets in the freight forwarding warehouse.
Four, confirm the bill of lading with the freight forwarder.
Number
In particular, we should pay attention to the function of the destination port, the number of items, the name and the volume, because this is more important. If we send the bill, we will find it wrong. Not only will we delay the time, but also we may have to pay the cost (if the bill of lading is to be changed, we will charge the goods, and the freight forwarding will not normally). We must confirm it many times until there is not a single mistake, so we can ask the forwarder to produce the original bill of lading.
Five, prepare negotiation documents.
Generally speaking, the following documents are required:
(1) invoice
(2) packing list
(3) Bill of lading
(4) form a or certificate of origin (should be held before the sailing date, before or before the sailing date).

If it is a letter of credit, do it according to the letter of credit.
Six, foreign exchange earnings.
(1) if t/t, prompt customers to pay.
(2) if it is l/c or d/p, presentation is made.
