In April 28, 2010, some consumers complained that the 27 shop of Carrefour supermarket sold "three no" clothes without the name, address and product qualification certificate of the production enterprise.
On the same day, 27 industry and Commerce enforcement officers sealed 121 pieces of "three no clothes" in the shop.
Since then, a number of "three no" clothes have been found in the 27 shop and the construction Avenue store.
In January 6, 2011, 27 law enforcement officers of the industrial and commercial bureau again found 10 "three no" Ladies' trousers, 44 pairs of "three noes" women's shoes, 22 pairs of "three no" men's shoes and a men's shirt suspected of "gold shield" trademark infringement (altogether 40 pieces) in the 27 stores of Carrefour.
At the same time, Huaqiao industrial and commercial administration law enforcement officers also seized 60 "three no" Ladies trousers in Carrefour building Avenue store.
The commerce and Industry Department said that the above "question goods" will be punished after further investigation.
The morning paper yesterday reported a strong reaction in the society.
