Issues To Be Noted In The Use Of Trademarks

(1) a registered trademark shall be strictly used in accordance with the trademark approved and registered by the trademark registration certificate and the approved commodity or service.

(two) a trademark registrant shall not alter the character, graphics or combination of registered trademarks voluntarily; he shall not alter the name, address or other registration matters of the registered person himself.

(three) a trademark registrant who uses the registered trademark in the scope of goods or services approved by the trademark registration certificate and marks the registered trademark is an illegal act posing as a registered trademark.

(four) a trademark registrant shall not pfer his registered trademark voluntarily.

(five) the trademark registrant has the obligation to use the registered trademark.

If a registered trademark is discontinued for three consecutive years from the date of approval, the trademark may be revoked in accordance with the law.

(six) if a trademark registrant permits another person to use his registered trademark, he must sign a trademark licensing contract.

The Licensor shall, within 3 months from the date of signing the contract, submit the copy of the contract to the Trademark Office for the record of the trademark license contract.
