According to the current "Enterprise Income Tax Ordinance", enterprises engaged in energy conservation and environmental protection enterprises can get a "three exemption, three and a half" tax preference, that is, the first to third years can be exempted from enterprise income tax, and fourth to sixth years.

"At present, the fiscal, taxation and financial incentive policies and preferential measures for energy saving and environmental protection in the year 12th Five-Year are still being worked out. It is certain that there will be greater support for policies in the future, especially in terms of taxation."

In fact, not only is fiscal support, but during the whole "12th Five-Year" period, China's investment in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection will have a leaping forward.

The industry expects that in 12th Five-Year, China's environmental investment will reach 3 trillion and 100 billion yuan, a 121% increase over the 11th Five-Year investment period of 1 trillion and 540 billion.

The investment in the construction of municipal solid waste and flue gas desulphurization and denitration facilities can reach about 600000000000 yuan, and the scale of operation services will exceed 600 billion yuan.

In addition to the "energy conservation and environmental protection industry development plan", the environmental protection industry development plan 12th Five-Year, which was led by the Ministry of environmental protection, is also expected to be introduced in the near future.

The relevant departments plan to follow the contract energy management mode, introduce the concept of contract environmental services in the field of environmental protection, and carry out the pilot project of contract environmental services in many aspects such as soil, river and ecological restoration.
