AQSIQ Supervision And Spot Check Quality Inspection Fee

The State Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine announced yesterday that the measures for the supervision and inspection of product quality, which were considered and adopted in November 23, 2010, shall be implemented from February 1, 2011.

The state supervised spot checks and local supervision and spot checks by local quality and technical supervision departments at or above the county level.

The products supervised by spot checks are mainly products related to human health and personal and property safety. The important industrial products that affect the national economy and people's livelihood, as well as consumers and organizations concerned, are reflected in the products.

The regulations stipulate that supervision and spot checks shall not be charged to enterprises being sampled.

Inspection fee

They shall not participate in paid activities by using the results of supervision and inspection, and shall not carry out product recommendation and evaluation activities. They shall not issue supervision and spot checks of certificates or plaques to the enterprises supervised by the spot checks.

The departments in charge of supervision and spot checks shall make a summary of the results of the supervision and inspection, and publish the notice of supervision and spot check to the public in accordance with the law.

The enterprise shall, from the date of receiving the notice of ordering rectification, find out the causes of the unqualified products, find out the quality responsibilities, formulate a rectification plan according to the causes of the unqualified products and the rectification requirements made by the departments responsible for post processing, complete the rectification work within 30 days, and submit a rectification report to the Department responsible for post processing, and submit a reexamination application.

The production enterprises that supervise the inspection of unqualified products shall stop producing or selling unqualified products from the date of receipt of the inspection reports, conduct a comprehensive clearance of the unqualified products in stock, deal with the unqualified products that have been manufactured and sold, and report the situation to the departments responsible for post processing in writing.
