Yuhang Plans To Build China'S Textile And Garment Creative Industry Center

Since last July, the District clothing association has built a bridge of communication between the enterprise and the government, reflecting the outstanding common problems of the industry, assisting the relevant departments to regulate the small workshops of unlicensed clothing processing, organizing enterprises to participate in the exhibition activities such as China International Silk Fair, autumn and Winter Fashion Festival in Hongkong, and carrying out various forms of exchange, training and investigation activities, and planning investment and construction of the Chinese textile and clothing creative industry center and other projects.

According to the statistics of Yuhang Economic Development Bureau and district garment industry association, as of the end of 2010, nearly 200 garment enterprises in the region were in scale. In 1-11 months, the garment enterprises in the region realized industrial output value of 7 billion 820 million yuan, up 12% over the same period last year, and sales revenue was 7 billion 840 million yuan, an increase of 19% over the same period last year.

The field delivered a speech at the annual meeting.

She said that the establishment of the garment industry association in the past six months has given full play to the role of the bridge and ties of the industry associations and has made remarkable achievements.

It is hoped that the association will further speed up the pformation and upgrading of the garment industry from quantity to quality by taking quality and brand as the starting point to start the golden business card of "Yuhang clothing".
