The waterproof adhesive tape is placed on the quilting line of the waterproof fabric, and the waterproof sticker is pasted on the waterproof fabric at 500-700 degree temperature.
Waterproof fabrics include polyester face cloth, waterproof layer and knitted fleece. The waterproof tapes include bottom cloth, waterproof layer and glue layer, and the waterproof layer is between the bottom cloth and the glue layer.
The waterproof layer made from one or several kinds of polyester materials made of TPE, TPEE, PES and PET can significantly improve the melting point and softening point of the waterproof layer, so as to facilitate the sticker to improve the temperature, pressure and heat sealing time during the heat sealing process, and improve the capacities of temperature, pressure and time in the processing process, so as to make the heat sealing process of the garment easy to operate.
Polypropylene fibers are easily melted in the process of heat sealing. During processing, it is easy to lower part of the fuzz and strengthen the waterproofing effect.
