Q: what is the story behind the Reggae Boone brand? How does this name constitute your aesthetics?

Markus Wainwright (hereinafter referred to as answer): this name comes from the English proverb "Rag and Bone Man", scavengers often rode around the carriage shouting "waste collection".

They collect waste candles, and then collect everything that can be recycled, including iron railings.

We have many pictures of them. They always wear handmade pajamas and coats. This also lays down what we consider beautiful.

The style of tailoring and tooling is integrated into our designs.

Q: you have connections with London and New York.

How did these two cities form the beauty of the brand? What kind of British style and American style did you return to?

A: the Reggae Boone brand keeps up with the British, and the uniform worn by the school or the tailor made by my father has the logo of reggae Boone.

This is the element we have just entered into when making clothes. This is also the style of the old style American clothing factory.

New York represents the dressing style of the tide male tide girl, but the brand aesthetic comes from the mixture of British cut and American military style and tooling.

Q: your women's wear series is very popular: it is well tailored, practical and physically conscious.

Answer: reg Boone girl is a real New York girl. That's what we design clothes as the object of our imagination.

But I think REG and Boone are not only attracted to these things, because they also have British clipping sensitivity and old-fashioned American feeling.

Q: what is the difference between the process of designing women's clothing and men's clothing? Do women in your life have any influence on design? Do they give you direction and inspiration?

Answer: our aesthetics and core values apply to men's wear and women's wear.

Our wife is the primary reason for us to start designing women's clothing, and it also gives us endless inspiration.

David Neville

He was 32 years old and joined Reggae Boone in 2002.

In David's impression, Marcus is a confident and lovely person.

Occasionally they smoked on rooftops or bushes.

What makes you against the tide and oppose mass production and disposable fashion?

David Neville: perhaps it is because we are British people who appreciate these values from childhood. It is also because we have not been formally trained in fashion, but learn how to make clothes by looking at how others make clothes.

Q: what was the inspiration for the original design of the 2010 series?

Answer: 2010 spring series, we try to further focus on the core of the brand.

Do you have a new interpretation of classics? What role does style play in achieving your vision? Do you work with designers?

A: we are very concerned about details, whether buttons, linings or accessories. We feel that they give certain characteristics to the classic products.

I hope our clothes are strong and easy to buy, so classic products are always important in our clothing series.

Style plays a very important role, because it tells us how to dress and how to dress and look beautiful.
