    It only recruited nearly 8000 people for the three shoe factories of Max, Nan Xi and Guan Quan, but because the labor intensive enterprises rely too much on the labor force, the current number of recruitment workers can not meet all the needs of enterprises.

    Zhang Rongjian believes that the most important thing for the enterprises who move to the mainland to recruit and leave their employees is to be attractive in salary, such as the monthly salary of Wang Laoji employees in the ASEAN economic zone is 1600-1800 yuan / month. Under the medical insurance system in Dongguan, enterprises only need to pay 102 yuan / month, wages and benefits are added, and the cost of Nanning factories is tied to Dongguan.


    Zhang Rongjian also believes that the price of agricultural products began to rise in 2009, which significantly increased farmers' land revenue. "Land revenues are almost the same as those entering factories", while farming crops are less used. Migrant workers are unwilling to make nine to five workers in factories every day, which also increases recruitment difficulty.


    In addition, as the real estate industry is booming, the real estate construction workers in Nanning's surrounding areas have a monthly salary of up to 3000 yuan.

    Some of the low wage manufacturing enterprises will not be able to meet this level in the short term.


    "The situation is too different from that in 2005, the fluctuation of exchange rate, the shrinking demand in Europe and the United States, coupled with the increase in production costs."

    Zhang Yuanheng said that the wage advantage of labor-intensive industries is reflected in the later stage. The wage of the laborer will be much different from that of the general workers. "We often tell our employees that after 3000-4000 years' hard work, the wages of the skilled workers will not be worse than those of Guangzhou and Dongguan," he said.


    Under the premise that the cost of labor has been leveled off, the group has invested in the public facilities such as cinemas and supermarkets in Nanning.

    Zhang Yuanheng explained that the supporting facilities of the ASEAN economic zone had not yet been built, and that the factory built its own facilities to stabilize its military strength.


    Zhang Rongjian said that in addition to constantly improving the public services such as life and medical care, the park will build public rental housing to attract labor force and reduce the investment of the factory dormitory.
